It may sound fancy but this meal is very easy to make and it tastes absolutely amazing, especially if you love fish as I do. 

Just sprinkle some sliced passion fruit and squeeze some orange onto the pacific snapper. I used a Valencia orange.  Next add a little garlic and crushed red chilis.  I used granulated garlic although fresh garlic would work well too.  I grilled the Snapper just until the edges were slightly burnt and crisp.  You do not want to overcook the fish. As a side dish or veggie option I grilled fresh organic eggplant.  Eggplant tastes amazing when grilled.  I pared this delicious meal with a Double Take Amber Ale which was not to heavy but a nice contrast with the fish and eggplant.  I hope you enjoy this amazing easy to make meal.
