For me a good wine is one that you love.  It is really that simple.  If the taste is amazing, appealing, and it is drinkable then it is a wine I put on my list.  It helps to pair the wine with food if you can.  I tend to prefer Red Wines but I tasted some very amazing White Wines during my tasting.

During a recent visit to the Los Angeles County fair I participated in the wine tasting which  was exciting and fun.  With over 400 wines to choose from at the La County fair I was not able to try every glass of wine.  View my notes below for my opinion on the over 10 wine selections I tried.
