Camping Fantastic is getting a new logo. But I can not decide which one. Do you like 1, 2, or 3?

At 4200 feet above sea level and with 103 campsites, William Heise County Park should be on your list for your next weekend getaway. The park (at just over 900 acres) contains wooded areas, a stream, and a large meadow, with over 10 miles of trails for you to explore. Many trees can be seen changing color during the fall season, while snow can be seen during the winter. This park is also great for bird and wildlife watching (when I was there, I saw deer and wild turkey). Although this park is close to San Diego and nearby Julian, it feels as if you are all alone in your own private nature paradise.
The best feature of the park is the new cabins. The park offers 14 clean and well maintained cabins, each with its own fire pit and picnic table. The cabins average about 224 square feet and can sleep up to 3 people. Amenities include WiFi internet access, interior lighting, a food pantry, and a large sitting room. Linens are NOT provided, so be sure to bring your own towels, sleeping bag, pillows, etc. The cabins have heat but no air conditioning. Communal
bathrooms and showers are available on site. I stayed at a cabin and enjoyed every minute of it.
The only downside is the fire curfew at 11pm, but with the awesome cabins and great scenery this small inconvenience should not be a deterrent. The cabins rent for only $62 per night, so this should hopefully fit in your budget. Tent sites start at just $24.

I am drinking this awesome drink right now. And the best part is that it is super easy to make. Just use a rocks glass, Add ice. Pour 1-2 shots of Fireball Whisky into the glass on top of the ice. Add Ice Tea. I used Arizona diet green tea but any ice Tea will do. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick to make the drink stand out. And Enjoy!
