In my opinion the best options are:
Outdoor Solar Camp Shower
You will need to use the sun to heat up the solar bag. It may take a few hours, depending on the weather. Remember to have the clear side facing up. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and it takes forever for the sun to heat up the water. In this case, the best option is to heat up some water on your stove and then place the water in the bag.
Nearby Creek or River
This is not the best option as the water is often cold. If you choose this option make sure to use camp soap. Camp soap is safe for the environment.
Wipes
There are many types of wipes, both large and small, that can be used to clean your body.
Italian Shower
Use deodorant or cologne to mask the smell of your stinky self. Not always the best move.
Don't Shower
If you are only camping for a weekend you may opt to just not bathe at all and shower when you get home. This is not the best option but it happens. Hopefully your friends or significant other will forgive you. However, if you are camping for longer than just a few days you really should shower.
Here are some tips when bathing outdoors:
Usually the hot water is limited or nonexistent so practice taking a 5 minute shower at home so you will be prepared.
As mentioned earlier you can heat up water using your camp stove. Just don't make it so hot that you burn yourself.
