5. San Elijo State Beach
6. Bandido Group Campground
7. Lake Casitas Recreation Area
8. Parsons Landing
9. Sheep Pass Campground, Joshua Tree National Park
10. Hungry Valley State Vehicular Recreation Area
(Best during the week to avoid crowds)
